Undertown Reborn

Once a small town made of refugees and travelers across the multiverse, the city of Undertown has since expanded, sprawling across most of this mysterious Underground. Without a system of government or the clean law-abiding standards of places like the Omega Timeline, Undertown has been left to its own devices with mixed results. The city is now divided into districts, controlled by rivalling factions that try to keep a balance between each other while also trying to avoid causing too much trouble for the civilians and workers who have moved in to every available corner. Most offer protection in return for loyalty, some attempt to keep the peace, and a few might be outright hostile.

The Skeleton Crew is the local mafia family, offering protection and order to those under their care, not shying away from violence but having their own code of morals. They are lead by The Godfather, Papyrus and run the Red Light District.

The De Jure, a group of Judges from the multiverse. A militant code of rules is relegated to the people under their care. Kind to all who follow their individual rules, but strictly severe to those that don't. They are lead by Scartale Judge Sans and pass judgement on the citizens of the Praetorium.

The last major group are The Children of Ruin, a flexible of morals group of mercenaries. A brotherhood of forged opportunity, the children of fire made a pact of familial loyalty. Mercenaries that are bound by only their flexible word, they are lead by Asriel Dreemur and rule the Fringe.

These are the major groups that fight over the city for control. But there are more gangs out there, perhaps even yours if your character can claw their way up. This is Undertown.
