Every story always starts on the heroes’ side, always against the villains and most times without learning their story… except this time.

In Fire Emblem Heroes, you play as the summoner for the Askran army, fighting against the evil and corrupted influences of Embla. In this group, you get to join Veronica and see her side of the story.

Elivagar has a strange enchantment to it. When Veronica calls heroes out of the gates of their worlds, her personal tome, Elivagar, will make them feel a strange connection to her that is not entirely their own. They simply cannot put it into words, and are unable to talk about it. Sometimes, Elivagar affects heroes more violently than others. Some heroes will be as if lifeless dolls in the beginning, Elivagar’s grip loosening and allowing their personality to fade back in while still retaining that obedience and desire to listen to Veronica’s orders.

Who knows? Some heroes may serve Veronica freely, but others feel this.. strange nagging sensation to follow this child in a war that means nothing to them or their loved ones.
