The empire of altruism is a Oligarchy split into the 4 pledges of economy, influence, human research, and war. Economy includes innovation, invention, and the distribution of resources. Influence includes recruitment of new members, social sciences, and general human resources. Human research includes genetics, biology, and human distribution. War includes the military and law enforcement.
