Discord Moderator Training Facility, or also known as DMTF, is a community type Discord server where we teach new users how to moderate and other Discord related stuff. You can join our Phase training, which is a walkthrough of moderation ranging from commands to how to handle cetain situations, or our Division training, where we teach different areas of Discord like "leadership" or "server-creation".
We have many more features within DMTF, like hiring staff, come join us and explore our server!

I have been in DMTF for quite a long time. They have improved over time and different people have got opportunities to rise in the management hierarchy. The main feature of the server is teaching moderation, and it has developed over time– for example for the Divisions (they come after completing phases) didn't have tests, but now they provide (practical) tests that are meticulously checked for pe ...

Worst server ever They have the capability and their idea is good, but the implementation is bad. Their moderators (trained moderators) are nowhere near professional and literally do not know the difference between raiding and nuking, This has turned out to be more of a scam as they say they have trained and experienced moderators and stuff like those.
