Could start with how they have lots of minecraft servers but that will be obvious when you join. What isn't as obvious is how helpful that staff is and how quick they are to respond to a problem. Also the server crafters always seem to be working on making everything smoother and working in tip top shape. They work hard from running the servers to making a custom Atlas server.
