We are a self-help Community focused on mental health, improvement, support and awareness. A fully staffed support team is here to help you when you feel lost, lonely, or just need someone to talk. Regular events are hosted such as game-nights, accountability programs, arts events, and much more.
Useful for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, bpd, or any other mental illness and depressive episodes. Many channels are awaiting you to express yourself.
