SNKDP, PN AND THE PRESIDENT

SNKDP, Suomen Neo Kansallis Demokraattinen Puolue is a political party in Finland.

If SNKDP comes into power in Finland, the leader would be a lifelong President whose actions are limited by the Council Of The President (PN) so the president doesn’t become a dictator. The president can be voted to step down if there is a valid reason that can be proven.

LAWS

Requests for new laws would be processed in monthly PN meetings. If the law is accepted by the PN, it will be transferred to the president and the president will decide if the law should be put into power. If the president says no, he/she will be asked to give a proper reason. There will be harsher punishment for theft, murder, kidnapping, child molestation and making or sharing of child pornogaphy.

Posting or sharing of false information independently, or asked by a political party would also be punished severely. And the members of the party in question who asked or told you to spread false information, will be punished severely.

Death sentence would be made legal but only used in extreme cases, for example the murder of over 30 people, causing a civil war, terrorism, and genocide.

AGENCIES

SSJSTP, Suomen Sotilas Ja Siviili TiedusteluPalvelu. Would be formed as an intelligence agency to protect civilians from enemy attacks on civilian targets during a conflict, it would still also continue its peacetime actions. During peacetime SSJSTP would be used to gather intelligence about suspicious individuals and prevent crime before it is committed, catch extremely dangerous criminals and gather intelligence about large criminal organizations.

SKJTTV, Suomen Kyber Ja Tieto TurvallisuusVirasto. Would be formed to defend and prevent military and civilian targets from cyber attacks, and to execute cyber attacks on enemy targets at all times. While also making sure no-one's information is stolen.

POLITICS AND ECONOMY

SKP would instantly be forcefully dissolved because of the pain, suffering and death communism has caused to the world. And further practice of communism will result in a ten year sentence of jail time.

Promoting the Russian annexation of Finland or Ukraine and the Russian invasion of any country will result in a fine of 1000€, one month of jail time and one year of probation.

Promoting Communism, fascism, Vladimir Putin, Josif Stalin, Vladimir Lenin, the Russian empire, the Soviet Union or The Russian Federation will result in a fine of 1000€, one month of jail time and one year of probation.

Finland will not be capitalist or communist. Finland will adopt the IE, Independent Economy. IE is not traditional, planned, command, mixed etc. IE is it’s own free market economy type. During peacetime the government controls all of the imported and exported oil, electricity, gas, weapons, military vehicles, ammo and military supplies. While the people control mostly everything else. During a crisis the government controls everything.
