This alternate game, known as the "fantasy game," provides players with the choice to role-play as one of the isekai'd students or insert themselves into this fantastical realm. Within this world, they have the freedom to make moral choices, form alliances, or create rivalries with other students, all while engaging with the diverse fantasy races.

Monokuma plays a dual role as a guiding presence and a malevolent force, frequently stirring up trouble for the students. The characters possess both their personal fantasy class and retain their original Ultimate Class, which adds depth to the gameplay. Additionally, they have access to status screens for monitoring their progress and abilities.
