Welcome to the official Support & Suggestions Server for Arcanara, ChronoBot, and other handcrafted Discord Bots. This server exists for one reason: fast, reliable help and high-quality feature feedback—without the chaos of scattered DMs or lost messages.

If you’re here because you found a bug, need guidance, want to request a new feature, or have a question that isn’t covered in the FAQ, you’re in the right place.

We run this like a real dev support channel:

• You can expect a response within 24 hours or less.
• Many questions are answered sooner, but we set expectations honestly and deliver consistently.

How to get the best help (and fastest answers)

When you post a support request, include the basics so we can diagnose quickly:

• What you ran (command / feature name)
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Screenshots or error text if available
• Your server setup context (permissions, channels, roles) when relevant

Clear details = fewer follow-up questions = faster fixes.

How suggestions are handled

Suggestions are reviewed with an engineer’s mindset:

• Does it improve reliability, clarity, or user experience?
• Does it fit the bot’s design direction?
• Can it be implemented safely and maintained long-term?
• What’s the impact on performance, permissions, and usability?

You’ll get transparent responses—sometimes it’s a “yes,” sometimes it’s a “not yet,” and sometimes it’s a “here’s a better approach.” Either way, you’ll be treated like a collaborator, not a ticket number.
