Backups - Vue offers a Backup system that will keep your server safe even when you forgot to turn on antinuke so you can restore your complete server in worst case. (It even supports public backups so you can copy others servers or publish templates for everyone.)

Tickets - Pretty basic but perfect working Ticket System to keep everything clean on the Server when someone needs help.
