Stretching Group for Women ❤

Disclaimer: This server is intender for women only We are a small group that host regular group stretching sessions for improving flexibility and finding a supportive community to help motivate you with your flexibility goals.

The skills we focus on improving are splits and back-bending, everyone is welcome from beginner to advanced.

Our video-call sessions require cameras to be turned on (this is for safety reasons) and we kindly ask everyone to respect each other’s comfort and privacy.
