The goal isn’t to be the loudest server or the fastest-growing one. The goal is to be a place that holds: where people can talk, collaborate, unwind, and feel grounded without walking on eggshells.

Structure exists so the community can breathe, not so it can be controlled.

Staff are here to maintain tone and safety, not to dominate the room.
