Advanced Support Server

Our project is a powerful Discord bot designed to help servers manage voice channels, staff activity, and member support in a smarter and more automated way.

The core feature of the bot is a Join-to-Create voice system. When a user joins a specific voice channel, the bot automatically creates a temporary private voice room for them. The user becomes the owner of that channel and gains access to a control panel with buttons that allow them to fully manage their room. They can rename the channel, lock or unlock it, hide or show it, set a user limit, permit or reject users, and add co-owners to help manage the room.

The bot also includes a Need-Help support system. Members who need assistance can request help, and the bot creates organized support tickets where helpers or staff members can respond quickly. This helps keep server support structured and efficient.

Another important part of the project is the Task and activity tracking system. Staff members can run voice activities and the bot tracks participation, peak member counts, and duration. Tasks can then be reviewed and approved by moderators, awarding points to staff members. This creates a transparent system for measuring staff engagement.

To keep everything organized, the bot includes a server logging system that records voice activity, command usage, and important actions inside the server. This helps moderators monitor activity and maintain transparency.

All data is stored separately for each server, meaning every community can configure its own settings, permissions, roles, and systems without affecting others.

The goal of this project is to provide Discord communities with a complete voice management and support infrastructure that improves organization, encourages engagement, and gives both members and staff powerful tools to manage their community effectively.
