┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ✦ ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ Once upon a time, in a universe set far beyond the horizon, there was a world of demon hunters who banished darkness through the power of music.

Traditionally, the goal of every generation of hunters from the start for groups like HUNTR/X or the Sunset Sisters was to turn the barrier between worlds into the Golden Honmoon, a permanent seal that would banish demons forever.

However, when the original Honmoon was destroyed, and a New Honmoon was formed by Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, it didn't just replace the old shield. It transformed into a rainbow-like Honmoon, reflecting Rumi's acceptance of her half-demon heritage.

The moment the Honmoon’s core ignited with its pale-violet glow, it created a gravity well for souls. This wasn't physical gravity, but a narrative pull of a sort. The Honmoon acted as a lighthouse for heroes, villains, and wanderers whose own universes were either dying, colliding, or simply too small to hold them anymore. The destruction of the original blue Honmoon caused a temporary collapse of the boundaries between dimensions. For a brief moment, the music was audible across the multiverse, acting as a siren call to other worlds.

Because these characters come from vastly different realities, the Honmoon imposes a Universal Translation. A sorcerer from a realm of fire and a cyborg from a neon future can understand one another, but their powers are subtly altered by the Honmoon’s unique atmosphere.
