🌈 Welcome to Our LGBTQ+ Safe Space! 🌈 Server Rules for Ages 12+ (Updated & Expanded – March 2026) Hey everyone! This is a 12+ LGBTQ+ inclusive server where everyone is welcome to be themselves. We are a safe, supportive community for queer folks, allies, and anyone who wants to vibe with us. These rules are here to keep the space fun, respectful, and drama-free. We use a progressive moderation system so everyone gets a fair chance: Warning → Mute (temporary) → Longer Mute/Kick → Ban Serious violations (hate speech, NSFW, harassment, doxxing, etc.) can skip straight to mute, kick, or permanent ban with no warnings. Mods monitor chats, DMs, voice, and reactions. We log everything. React with ✅ when you’ve read these rules! (You must react within 48 hours of joining or you may be kicked until you do.)

1. Bullying & Targeted Harassment = ZERO Tolerance No bullying, targeted teasing, or making anyone feel small. This includes subtle stuff like “jokes” about someone’s identity, weight, voice, looks, or anything personal. Consequences: • 1st offense: Warning + DM explanation • 2nd: 6-hour mute • 3rd: 3-day mute + possible kick • Repeated = permanent ban
2. No Harassment or Stalking This includes spamming someone’s DMs, pinging them excessively, following them across channels, or making them uncomfortable in any way. No creepy comments, no “just joking” flirtation that makes people uneasy. Consequences: Immediate 12-hour mute minimum. Serious cases = instant ban.
3. No Spamming or Flooding Don’t spam messages, emojis, copypastas, or images outside the designated #spam-memes channel. No @everyone/@here unless you’re a mod. No raid links or invite spam. Consequences: Warning → 1-hour mute → 24-hour mute → kick/ban.
4. Keep Behavior Appropriate for 12+ We’re a chill teen+ server. No extreme drama, no starting fights, no toxicity. Be kind, be respectful, and remember we’re all here to make friends. Consequences: Warning → mute (escalating with repeats).
5. NO N-Word, EVER. Not Even With a Pass. We do not allow the N-word or any reclaimed slurs used in a way that could make someone uncomfortable. Period. This is a safe space for everyone, including Black and POC members. Consequences: Immediate 24-hour mute minimum. Repeat = permanent ban. No excuses.
6. Swearing & Cussing is Allowed… With Limits You can swear casually (hell, shit, fuck, etc.) but never direct it at someone to insult or curse them out. No ableist, racist, or queerphobic slurs (even if you’re joking). Consequences: Warning → 3-hour mute → longer mute.
7. Absolutely NO Inappropriate Pictures, Videos, or Links No NSFW, gore, porn, sexual memes, suggestive images, or anything that would get the server in trouble. No IRL photos of minors in compromising situations. Keep it 12+ friendly. Consequences: Immediate 7-day mute + possible kick. Repeat = permanent ban.
8. We Monitor Everything – Please Behave Mods and admins read messages, voice chats, and DMs if reported. We use bots and manual checks. If something feels off, we will talk to you. Transparency is key. Consequences: Any attempt to evade moderation (alt accounts, VPN tricks, etc.) = instant ban.
9. Rudeness, Toxicity, or Inappropriate Behavior Anything rude, mean-spirited, or against the vibe will be handled. This includes constant negativity, guilt-tripping, or making the server feel unsafe. Consequences: • 1st: Warning • 2nd: 12-hour mute • 3rd: 3-day mute or kick • Severe = immediate ban
10. NO Hate Speech Toward ANY Religion, LGBTQ+ Identities, or Protected Groups This is an LGBTQ+ server. Zero tolerance for homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, acephobia, racism, xenophobia, ableism, religious hate, or any other bigotry. Respect pronouns & chosen names (no deadnaming or misgendering on purpose). No “it’s just a joke” comments about someone’s identity. No slurs, even if you’re part of the community (unless it’s a self-reclaimed term in a safe context – ask a mod first). Consequences: Immediate 7-day mute minimum. Serious or repeated hate = permanent ban with no appeal.
11. Everyone is Welcome – No Gatekeeping People from any state, country, background, or identity are welcome as long as they follow the rules. No “you’re not queer enough” or “this is only for X group” talk. Allies are loved too! Consequences: Warning → mute if it turns into exclusionary behavior.
12. Need Help? Ping the Right People For assistance, questions, or reports: Ping @banned or @jj_kindsoul Or use the #mod-mail / #support channel Do NOT ping random mods or spam pings. Consequences: Spamming pings = warning + mute.
13. MOST IMPORTANT RULE: HAVE FUN! This server is for laughs, memes, support, voice chats, movie nights, and making lifelong friends. Be yourself, celebrate your identity, and spread good vibes. Extra LGBTQ+ Safe-Space Guidelines (because we care) • If someone asks you to stop using certain language or pronouns, stop immediately. • No outing anyone (even “jokingly”). • No sharing personal info without consent. • Mental health & vent channels exist – use them responsibly. • If you see something, say something (DM a mod). Enforcement Summary (so it’s crystal clear): Minor stuff: Warning → 1h mute → 24h mute Medium: 3-day mute or kick Serious (hate, NSFW, harassment): 7-day mute → permanent ban We keep records. Multiple offenses across rules = faster escalation. Appeals only for accidental mistakes (via mod-mail). We want this to be the safest, most welcoming LGBTQ+ server on Discord for 12+.
