hAlp

hAIp is an AI-powered Discord ticket bot built to make support faster, cleaner, and easier to manage.

Users can open private support tickets from a customizable panel with categories like General Support, Billing, Bug Reports, and Partnerships. Once a ticket is opened, the AI assistant responds immediately using your configured prompts and knowledge base, helping users get answers without waiting for staff.

Staff can claim tickets at any time to take over from the AI, then unclaim them when they want AI support to resume. Tickets can be closed manually or automatically after inactivity, with HTML transcripts sent to a log channel and the user’s DMs.

hAIp also includes ratings, custom embed setup, category-specific AI prompts, Q&A knowledge base entries, auto-learning from resolved tickets, and admin tools for managing open tickets.
