New VRChat Verified role
Servers can now opt in to give VRChat Verified roles to users who linked their VRChat Account with the bot. Linking VRChat accounts also requires an OTP process to verify that they own that VRChat Account. These features allow for better management of the discord server, to allow only VRChat players into their server, or allow only VRChat players to see certain channels of the server. A new role for VRChat 18+ will be added in the near future, to give those who are verified in game a special role, and maybe even special access to limited content in the discord servers. The above 2 features requires Discord Admins to opt in via a setup command.

New Help system
A new /help command is added that will show available commands according to what you have already setup. You can also see what features are available with the new /features command. More features coming soon in the near future.
