Zeus

Zeus is a support ticket channel system.

Anyone can use the command zticket create to create a ticket and anyone set to owner, admin or moderator will be able to see tickets.

Staff have access into commands such as bump, access level, close and once the ticket has been resolved either side can close the ticket.

When the ticket is closed, a user gets a transcript (coming soon).

Zeus is a fast growing bot and we plan to release updates weekly. We're currently working on auto-role assignment and our website interface.
