- The Bot requires permissions to Create new Text Channels & Manage their Permissions.
- It should have them by default when invited.

Instructions
- Invite the Bot
- Make sure you can receive private messages by the Bot
- Tag the Bot (@Twitcher) in any public channel where it can read messages
- Follow the link in your private message and click the Authorize button
