PinBot

Pins a message and or repost it after x reactions with the 📌 emoji. You can choose if you want to use both modes or only one of them. The first mode pins the message into the channel where it got written. The second one is that the bot reposts the message 1:1 into another channel you choose(you need a channel id). With the >helpme command the bot tells you how you can configure it. If you find any errors please let me know about them. I will fix them as soon as possible.
