MTG Wheel of Fortune

NOTE: This is a format meant to be played online in clients such as Tabletop Simulator or OCTGN.

Wheel of Fortune is a simple format similar to draft where players must construct a deck of 40 cards within a time limit. However, players must keep in mind the rules that are randomly generated at the start of each match!

Before each game begins, the wheel is spun; 3 random rules are chosen to be applied during the game, and players can only select cards from a list of 3 random sets. For example, a rule might include "Whenever a player casts a spell, that player may draw a card." Players will have to draft their decks while keeping this in mind, and cleverly devise strategies that utilize each rule effectively. Players must also make their decisions within the time limit of 30 minutes, so think fast!

I recommend using Scryfall to search for cards, Frogtown.me to construct the deck, and Tabletop Simulator to play the game.
