This bot is made for you that wants to get quotes in your server. This bot allows you to type a command and a quote will be given you. The bot can also detect if you are sad.

Commands: $quote - delivers a quote in the channel $new - creates new encouragement $del - deletes encouragement $list - gets list of encouragement $responding [true/false] - turns responding on/off
