Welcome to Sea Coast.

In the coastal city of Seacoast, the abnormal is commonplace. Unexplained creatures, happenings, and events happen without so much as the bat of an eye. Just as strange as much else- the entire town of Seacoast has forced the youth to wear masks until they graduate high school and attend the 'Academy'. Those who do attend- however - seem to come back completely changed, and blissfully unaware of the true nature of the shady coastal town.

It seems like the only people who note the odd nature of the town are a select few that make up the local high school's 'Recycling Club'. Using the club as an ironic cover, the team are fixated on discovering the meaning of these events, getting to the bottom of the mysterious Academy-- and the true nature of their masks.
