Living Below Heaven

The timeframe of the rp is 20XX where after another cold war is created with the help of multiple superpowers. A town somewhere in america grew extremely paranoid and funded the construction of an underground town riddled with tunnels, many rooms, a self sustaining underground food supply with caves excavated to resemble large fields of dirt and grass with artificial sun light being shined from panels on the ceiling. Although the town is self sustaing it still relies on power. They were left to use a solar farm and dam which can only be accessed from the surface. The Rp starts off 2 decades after retreating from the surface and to the underground.
