Okami's Art Center

This server is dedicated to helping people either learn art or improve their current skills. To fond inspiration, help, tutorials, and new ways to approach learning to draw or whatever medium they use. I want this place to also be where people can come together and talk and become friends, to share their love of art and to grow as artists. That is what I intend on molding this server into.
