A server to grow in mind, body and spirit
Holos is a server for people interested in having serious discussions about almost anything or everything related to a part or all of the holistic model (body, mind and spirit). Anyone who pursues learning, growth or just a community to talk about their interests in that direction is welcomed. The structure of the categories is as following:
Body: pragmatic concerns in the material realm (fitness, investment) Mind: concerns regarding the mind, thinking or abstract concepts (philosophy, psychology, politics) Spirit: everything concerning the soul/spirit (religion, spirituality)
We also have a 'Chill Zone' where you can just meme away or talk about music, games and whatnot. Enjoy!
