maybe stop deleting bad reviews and actually accept critics to do better. a friend asked the bot's support and they responded rudely with sarcasm because it was a "stupid question", even when trying to do a bug report with a command in the bot the response we got was straight up rude and some even got banned from the bot for harmless gifting messages between friends.

reviews cannot be deleted on the spot, they're reported to top.gg's staff, who may delete them upon inspection. please reach out through the server, /message, or me personally (@tweetycookie) to report where your friend was mistreated. this is inadmissable behavior if true, so please share proof of it so action can be taken. as for the ban, it is stated on the text field pop-up itself that you m ...
