Unwelcoming community; if you want support you MUST open a ticket. Any discussing of issues or otherwise will get you a moderator on your tail. Bot is not reliable, and breaks easily. (modifié)

Yes, you need to open a "support ticket" to receive support; we obviously don't provide assistance through #general. Based on what you sent in the server, it seems you were using the feature completely incorrectly and became annoyed when our staff suggested you open a support ticket. Then you left. The feature wasn't bugged ; you just weren't willing to actually learn how to use it.
