Most moderation bots are designed for desktop. NanoBot isn't.

Every command, every response, and every workflow in NanoBot was built with one question in mind: what's the fastest way to do this on a phone? The result is a focused, lightweight bot that handles the things you actually do every day — without dashboards, config panels, or a hundred commands you'll never touch.

📱 Last-Sender Targeting — No More Copying IDs

The single biggest pain of moderating from mobile is grabbing a user ID. NanoBot eliminates that entirely.

Every moderation command — /ban, /kick, /freeze, /warn, /note, and more — automatically targets the last person who sent a message in the channel if you don't specify a user. One tap, no ID required. Use /last at any time to confirm who the current auto-target is.

🔨 Full Moderation Suite

NanoBot covers the full moderation toolkit across three input styles — slash commands (/), prefix commands (default n!), and @mention.

Banning: /ban, /tempban (auto-unban, survives restarts), /cban (clean ban with history wipe), /softban (rejoin-safe message wipe), /massban (up to 50 users by ID for raids), and /unban.

Kicking & Timeouts: /kick, /freeze (Discord timeout up to 28 days), /unfreeze.

Channel Controls: /lock (toggle @everyone send perms), /hide / /unhide, /slow with timed auto-disable, /purge (bulk delete with filters), /snailpurge (no 14-day limit), /echo, /nuke (button confirmation required), and /moveall for voice channels.

Warnings: Per-server /warn system with configurable auto-kick and auto-ban thresholds via /warnconfig. View history with /warnings, wipe with /clearwarnings.

Mod Notes: Private /note entries that are completely invisible to the target user — useful for tracking context across incidents.

🏷️ Tags — Your Mobile Clipboard

Tags are saved text snippets (up to 2,000 characters, with optional images) that you can fire into any channel in one tap.

Personal tags are private to you and usable anywhere. Global tags are server-wide, visible to all members, and created by mods.

The fastest way to post a tag on mobile: just type n!tagname — the shortest possible command. No menus, no arguments. Tags over 1,500 characters automatically fall back to plain text to stay within Discord's embed limit.

Create, edit, preview, delete, and bulk-export tags as JSON. Send any tag directly to a user's DMs with /tag use @user.

🛡️ AutoMod — Passive, Configurable, Quiet

Six independently toggleable rules, each with its own action:

💬 Spam — X messages from one user within Y seconds 📨 Invite Links — Discord invite URLs 🔗 External Links — Any URL outside Discord 🔠 Caps Abuse — Messages above a configurable % uppercase 📣 Mass Mentions — Too many @mentions in one message 🤬 Bad Words — Fully custom per-server word list

Each rule can delete the message silently, warn the user (feeding into your /warnconfig auto-kick/ban thresholds), or apply a 10-minute timeout. Mods are always exempt. Any channel or role can be added to the ignore list with /automod ignore.

📋 Audit Log — See What Happened

A clean event feed posted to any channel you choose. Twelve event types, each independently toggleable:

Message deleted · Message edited · Member joined · Member left · Member banned · Member unbanned · Nickname changed · Roles added/removed · Channel created · Channel deleted · Role created · Role deleted

Configure everything with /auditlog — set the channel, flip events on or off individually, and check status at a glance.

🎭 Self-Assignable Role Panels — Tap to Pick

Button-based role panels that persist across bot restarts and work perfectly on mobile. Two modes:

Toggle — tap to add a role, tap again to remove it. Single — radio-style, picking one role automatically removes any other role from the same panel.

Post a panel to any channel with /roles panel post and edit it later without reposting. Not sure where to start? Use the built-in autogen shortcuts to spin up ready-made panels for colours (18 cosmetic roles), pronouns, age ranges, or world regions — with optional extra roles appended.

⏰ Reminders

Set personal reminders or ping another member with a future reminder. Natural language duration at the end of your message — "remindme check that PR 30m", "remindme stand up 1h". View and cancel active reminders any time. Voters on top.gg and discordbotlist.com get 50 reminder slots; everyone else gets 25.

👋 Welcome & Leave Messages

Fully customizable embed messages for member joins and departures. Set the channel, title, content, and image URL per server. Use template variables ({user}, {mention}, {server}, {count}) and test your setup with /welcome test or /leave test before going live. DM-on-join is also supported.

🔍 Server & User Info

Clean, mobile-readable info cards for servers, users, avatars, banners, roles, and channels. Full-resolution avatar and banner download links (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF). Role info includes permissions, member count, creation date, and hex colour.
