ACAT Logger

Everytime a message is edited or deleted, the bot will send a message to a channel named "text-logs". For an edited message, it will show the author, channel, time, and before and after. For a deleted message, it will show the message, author, channel, and time. This bot is developed by Jaden#7726. It is based off the Logger bot, which was down at the time of the creation of ACAT Logger. The bot may be temporarily down for some periods of time, when it is being worked on. Down times will be announced in the support server for the bot. Any suggestions for new features are welcome.
