eChatter is a communication bot that allows users to connect beyond their server! How? Through using our bot, you will be connected with a super-ultra-wide network of other servers (like yours!) and able to chat with them! In YOUR server! Think chat roulette!

Nice start of a this Popularity. when in Somehow of a First week aren't be has a 100% ideal, but it's a shall passing for a be "Useful Chatroulette Bot". 4/5 (Reviewing of a "11 March 2021r.") @Jim Pickens: It's so weird... when I doesn't has a problem it a about of "#help" command...

Seems to be very broken as the commands don't work like "#help" for example.
