Staff is ill equip with handling basic tickets. Bot has a lot of infrastructure problems. I would steer clear until management and the code is cleared up

BanSync is a Discord bot that is designed keep out possible troublemakers from your server by knowing user's previous bans. Communities spread across multiple servers can keep their servers safe by linking servers together to sync bans within them.
Getting Started: Setup your server using /setup

- While the bot can run without the
View Audit Logpermission, it won't be able to track bans you've made, but you'll still be able to receive ban alerts/user join alerts (as long as log channels are setup).

The bot will not actually tell you when people who joined are ban. You have to fight half the time for your bans to be accepted by the team, IE "A minior joined" in a titled discord of "18+" It's wild, and the staff is just unwilling to work with you half the time.

Good bot for you if you managed more than one servers I have this bots on 7 servers and all good I recommend to you all to have this bot in your servers and help us grow

Working great! Recommended bot if you have more than one servers,you dont have to ban troublemaker multiple times within other servers

Best bot! It sync through all server i own for free,and the support are willing to come and troubleshooting issue to my server,another good point.I voted the bot!

I really liked using BanSync. It syncs the bans to the main database and when someone joins you imitatively get a message that they've been banned before. I see a lot of potential in this bot tbh.
