Grab weather and astronomy details for a specific location.
This is a simple weather bot that will fetch the current date,time,temperature, and weather conditions of a specified area. It will also fetch sun/moon rise and set times + moon phases, etc. It does this by making an API call to weatherAPI.

w!weather (zipcode/city/region) - gets currentweather in that location.
w!forecast (zipcode/city/region) - gets 3-day forecast in that location.
w!astro (zipcode/city/region) - fetches sun/moon rise and set times, etc.
w!stats - displays guilds and channels the bot is in.
w!help - opens this menu.
w!info - display information about the bot and API it uses.
