I've been using this bot throughout my servers and I've never ran into any issues. I really do recommend this to anyone looking to easily manage their servers support system. 

I really like this ticket bot, I think it's one of the best I ever saw. The dashboard is easy and works good. My server definitely had an upgrade after using this bot.
