Implements reaction reports. A bot that lets users react to messages to report them, and gets those messages to moderation to be handled.
Narc is a Discord bot for letting users quickly inform moderators about wrongdoings.
Users discreetly notify moderation about potentially rule-breaking messages.
Incoming reports made by users get sent to staff members, where they can be handled.

The Bot is OK. It works well and does what its supposed to but also not really, when you accept a report instead of deleting the message it just... well.... sends the user who reported the message a DM telling them that there report as been accepted, also kinda missing an option to disable the DM'ing as it kinda ruins the "anonymous" part as it tells the user if somthing has been done or not.
