Manage Discord Events!

Atomcal https://atomcal.com is a new Discord events management bot! It utilizes 3 way syncing to help you manage Discord events from multiple sources. Atomcal can sync your events to Google Calendar and Twitch (while Facebook and YouTube integrations are in progress).

For example, admins can add events on Discord and they will be mirrored back to Google Calendar, Twitch, etc. OR you can make events on Google Calendar and they will be synced to Discord, Twitch, etc.

Event Discovery Support

Using Atomcal you can filter events that happen on different servers using games they are playing, or type of event they are hosting, or time and date of the event hosted, or if the event is free to join.

Using built-in events discovery, all your events have a better chance of getting found which can increase the number of people showing up to your events.

Cleanest embeds on Discord

Using Atomcal you can customize your event embeds to your needs. With multiple customization options Atomcal can add custom embeds, threads, tag roles, add custom buttons, and add custom messages, all via an easy-to-use Dashboard!

Scheduled Channel Reminders

Add channel reminders to announce events automatically via the Atomcal bot multiple times or even days before. You can also add custom announcement messages and tag roles and users all via Dashboard!

Scheduled DM reminders

Similar multiple DM reminders can also be set that are sent to users directly in their messages. This ensures everyone is reminded multiple times before the event starts (customized by you) and more people show up to your events!

Custom guest statues

Playing DnD or WoW? Now you can add custom statuses for your events such that everyone joins that event using a particular role like Players or DM.

Event History and Summary

All past events on Atomcal are saved for later review. You can look back to what events you hosted who joined them and when. Guests history is also saved you can figure out which guest is joining the most events and from where, and which platform people are joining from if you host events on multiple platforms.
