My bot replies to a message mentioning the bot, still it does not generate image, I don't know why

It would've been a great bot. The quotes look pretty and are fun to use. However, the bot is not allowing me to customize the quotes anymore. its basically in compact mode even though i have the setting disabled. I went to their server for help but i'm barely getting any. I'm mostly just ignored. Quite a bad service :(
