Bot that displays 98fe moves data from the latest data sheet.

KOF98FE FrameBot

## Introduction

Lantors' work on the [KOF XV FrameBot](https://top.gg/bot/946480362245206028) finally gave me the push to start working on the 98FE one I had been envisioning for quite some time. Using his work as a base and his support to patch the bits I was able to make this framebot to display move data off the current official [Framedata Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/100XfeqQCZB7uaeg9DJ3yWIIu6lHLbhdhs7B8b8eWRpY), soon to be displayed on the [DreamCancel wiki](https://dreamcancel.com/wiki/index.php/The_King_of_Fighters_%2798_UMFE).

## Usage
The bot has a `/frames` slash command which accept 2 arguments:
- the `character` which is a case insensitive string (e.g. Kyo, Iori)
- the `move` which is a case insensitive string of the motion or name (e.g. Crouch C, Close A)
