In a world where Vampires and Hunters have waged war for many millennium, The Head of the Vampire Council, Véronique Euphraise Arseneault of Sanguine, declared a trial of peace between the two races. The Hunter and Vampire council have decided that Whitethorn Academy will be the first and only school that is allowing a small group of humans to transfer into the prestigious, all-vampire boarding school, in hopes of creating a generation of co-existence. However, The association of hunters have their doubts and send their young to the school as well. What will come of this? Will the vampires and humans live in peace?
