If someone needs help with something, like fixing something or watching the kids, someone is always there to lend a hand. We don’t have a lot of big events or fancy places, but we do have simple things that bring us together—like weekend barbecues, birthday parties, or just chatting outside in the evening. Kids play outside without worry, and elders are respected and loved by everyone. Life here isn’t perfect, but it’s real. We help each other without expecting anything back. We laugh together, go through hard times together, and celebrate together. That’s what makes it feel like more than just a neighborhood—it feels like one big family.
