We are a software engineering and community management consulting firm built on a simple but powerful idea: technology should be ethical, inclusive, and sustainable.

On top of that, mentorship is a huge part of what we do. We actively support and guide new developers, especially those from underrepresented groups, helping them gain the skills and confidence to thrive in this industry.
