It all started in 1932, when a baby only 4 days old started to glow bright. and it happened everywhere, smack in the middle of the great depression, people started to be born with super powers.

Fast forward to the early 2000s, and a great war shocks the world between the number 1 hero of the world, Absolute zero, and the number 1 villain of the world, The Lotus. there battle was spontaneous, but it did not end nearly as fast as it started, and by the end, both heroes had perished, and the entirety of Shibuya was in ruins, only some of it having been rebuilt.
