Stellar Bot Deletion Following Security Incident
We want to sincerely apologize for the sudden deletion of the Stellar Discord bot. This decision wasn’t made lightly. Due to a recent hosting leak that exposed sensitive tokens, we had to act quickly to prevent any potential misuse or security risks. While we do still have access to some of the data, the situation made it clear that continuing operations in the same way wouldn’t be safe or responsible. It’s also possible that some servers may have been affected more severely due to malicious code being executed using the compromised token. We deeply regret any disruption or issues this may have caused. Because of this, we’ve decided to step back for the time being. It’s disappointing for us as well, especially after all the time and effort that went into building and maintaining Stellar, and we know this may be frustrating for those who relied on it. We truly appreciate all the support, feedback, and enthusiasm from the community. For now, our priority is to reassess, improve our security practices, and figure out what the future might look like.
