vDNS

vDNS is a lightweight Discord app that turns your server into a quick DNS lookup tool. Use the /dns slash command to look up A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, NS, SOA, DNSSEC (RRSIG), and other resource records using the v.recipes public DNS service.

• Slash command: /dns name:<domain> type:<record> [dnssec:true|false] [edns_client_subnet:<cidr>]
• Supports DNSSEC and EDNS Client Subnet for advanced queries.
• Works in Direct Messages and in other servers once vDNS is added to "My Apps" or invited to a server — use the "Add App" button on the vDNS app profile, then invite to servers where you want slash commands available.
• Replies return rich embeds with answers, authority, DNSSEC info, and helpful formatting.

• vDNS does not store tokens or user credentials — Discord verifies interactions with signatures.
