why can't I invite this bot?

mine is more of a question than feedback. will magic8 work with bedrock?

Somebody added this bot to my server and the bot cant leave for whatever reason. We already have a bot that does. Every time I kick or ban the bot it does nothing. It just won't leave for whatever reason
