Ticket

Ticket I am a bot. Beep boop. I help with server support tickets. To get started please use t!config setup. After this, use t!post [channel] or t!bind [channel] [messageID] to set up the reaction for opening tickets. Users may have 5 tickets open at once. A max of 10 users can also be added to tickets by the bot- others will need to be added manually. When you're done with a ticket, t!archive will archive it. t!delete will delete it without a record. You can also just delete the channel if that is easier for you.
