Tater Bot

Tater Bot was a bot started by a meme called tiny potato or Taters, this meme got popular in my Minecraft Anarchy community so I decided to made a bot of it, the bot counts with mainly multipe tiny potatoes or taters variables(icetater, concernedtater, cooltater etc) and some utils(avatar, embed, setrpc, whois etc), it also has some moderation commands(Ban, Unban and Kick for now)
