Does it still work? All I am getting is "application did not respond" and it is offline?

why the bot only join vc when i used the /test. I'm using the default setting

The Bot doesn't work on my DC. He is offline, and why I force him to an event, there comes an error. But from a Friend it works perfect. He is not offline, all the commands works. But at mine Discord he doesn't. Can someone help me ?

i have known this bot in a friend's server and it was very funny. but when i tried to configurate on my server it didnt work, i put the values however when i type ''/settings view all'' nothing changes. i saw that there are other peoples commenting they are having trouble to configuring.
