Websters RV Server

Hey, this is a server for my randomized version (rv) thing. A Rv is just basically you picking a color (maybe other things except for color in the future) in the signups and just let the random generators dot their work and you might win the season if you are lucky enough

Also I want to add that I'm not the first person to do this and that there are many other rvs out there
