JOJO RP: Stand Containment Project

The year is 2035, stands users have started to become... much more active. Some of them are even covered on the headlines of news networks as: "Proof that the paranormal are truly real." An organization secretly funded by the government has sprung up in the shadows to attempt to deal with this output of paranormal activity. They call it... the "Stand Containment Project". Who knows what it's purpose is, but as soon as it began those violent stand users have gone missing...

The governement never said anything about the creation of the project. However, in small corners of the stand using world, word has spread about a foundation that's been taking their kind captive. One particular group seems to be standing out, with many flocking to it in order to help their brothers and sisters get out before whatever they do in there happens to them...
